These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PhobiaFree.life and the services provided by Steven Shaw, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHP), based in Naples, Florida. By booking a consultation or session, you agree to these terms in full. Services are available to residents of the United States only.
PhobiaFree.life offers clinical hypnotherapy sessions conducted privately via Zoom for the purpose of phobia and fear relief. Sessions are tailored to each individual client. All sessions are conducted by Steven Shaw, CCHP.
Clinical hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional, we recommend informing them of your intention to pursue hypnotherapy.
An initial free consultation of approximately 30 minutes is offered to all prospective clients. This consultation carries no obligation to proceed with a paid session. The consultation is used to assess the nature of the fear or phobia and to design a session tailored to the individual client.
Session fees are variable and will be confirmed prior to the commencement of any paid session. Sessions may be invoiced prior to or following the session at the discretion of PhobiaFree.life.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. PhobiaFree.life does not store payment card information.
Sessions are offered on a results-based basis. If you do not experience a meaningful shift or reduction in your phobia or fear response following your session, you will not be charged.
Where payment is collected in advance and a meaningful result is not achieved, a full refund will be issued. Where payment is collected following the session, no charge will be applied.
Clients who wish to continue working toward resolution may request additional sessions at no charge until a satisfactory outcome is reached or Steven Shaw, CCHP determines in his professional judgment that further sessions are unlikely to produce additional benefit.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of PhobiaFree.life. To cancel or reschedule, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us directly.
Services are currently available to residents of the United States only. All sessions are conducted via Zoom. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a private, quiet environment for their session.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages from PhobiaFree.life regarding your consultation appointment, session reminders, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. SMS consent is not required to use our services.
All information shared during consultations and sessions is held in strict confidence. Session content will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law or where there is a reasonable belief that safety is at risk.
Sessions are not recorded without the explicit consent of the client.
Clinical hypnotherapy is a complementary modality and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychiatric condition. Results may vary between individuals. PhobiaFree.life makes no guarantee of specific outcomes beyond the results-based payment policy described in Section 5.
By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are a resident of the United States, and that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Collier County, Florida.
